I Installed Gigabyte H55m-D2h motherboard to my computer with intel I3 processor. the problem is I only get the following screen then it reboots.

I tried MOBO hardware reset, I disconnected the battery for a day, and I even Changed the power supply. But nothing happens. If I click any of the buttons below, it says prepare for bios setup/Qflash (those only work)..then it reboots. I have no Idea what is wrong. Could it be the BIOS chip? Or what?

Solution
Most likely it's your RAM which either is dead or incompatible with your MoBo.

Found a topic with the very same issue,

OP there also has Core i3 CPU with LGA1156 socket MoBo and he also received the very same error message as you did.

To get your system working, use a RAM that is listed in the memory QVL list,
link: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H55M-D2H-rev-13#support-doc

Since your CPU is Core i3, the fastest DDR3 RAM you can use is 1666 Mhz.
