• Processor: i7-4790
• Graphics card: GTX 970
• RAM: 16GB
• STORAGE: 240gb SSD - 1tb hdd

i like streaming and there's a few games im having FPS issues with even when im not streaming, so i was thinking about getting a new CPU cause most of the games i play are CPU intensive and streaming is CPU intensive

was thinking about getting one of these two i7-7700K or i7-6850K

Either of those processors won't give you much more gaming performance at all if you're not streaming and a 6850K isn't enough of an upgrade to justify the money spent. You sure that it's your CPU and not something else, would be helpful if you provided SOME context.
