I eventually need to upgrade my CPU because currently I have a FX-8320 which bottlenecks my 1070. In order to upgrade of course I'd have to order an entirely new motherboard because of the chipset, but I'd like to stick to DDR3 ram because of my budget, yet I am having difficulty finding one because of compatibility issues with my 1070 and the i5 4690

Any suggestions? I'd like to stay around $100 if possible.

That's totally false; even the fastest 1080 is fine with PCI Express 2.0 x16.

The ASUS B85M-E/CSM is fine as long as the BIOS revision is 0805 or newer; that shouldn't be an issue unless you buy a motherboard that's more than 3 years old and has never been updated.
