Solution
If you have a process running that you don't recognize, google it, see if it belongs to a legit program you have installed. If it doesn't or you don't want to bother, download malwarebytes or rogue killer and scan for viruses. Imo that process sounds like a virus, however, I don't know what software you might have installed.

Can you post a picture of your task manager here? When you reply you can look above the text box and see a Polaroid picture icon. Click on there and paste a link(must end with jpg, png, bmp or some other pic format) to your screenshot. Is tyne within your Processes? Can you right click it and Go To File Location?

I am not familiar with tyne.

That is way too small. A thumbnail isn't helpful. We need a full size pic.

I agree with the newb. I've not heard of tyne and a quick Google didn't reveal anything. What happens when you right click the offending process? When I righ click a process in my Task Manager(Win 10) I do have an option to go to its containing folder.
