I am Getting low frame rates on games that I've seen benchmarks before on getting way higher frame rates, e.g Battlefield 1, I have it at ultra setting and i get around 40-50 fps and on videos usually aroung 70fps and hardly and drops in fps, while Im getting a lot of stuttering. Similar in GTA V, i get like 40-50 fps while people get 60-70 on higher graphics.

Gtx 1060 3gb
i3-6100
H110M-A Gigabyte motherboard
Ripjaw V 8 gigs ram
Bronze 430 watt power supply
Any help would he appreciated and I am aware that cpu bottlenecks my gpu but I've seen benchmarks and same spec getting higher preformance
