I7 4770k stock
h100i (2stock fans)(top ex) latest corsair link 4.8.0.82
3 cooler master jet flo 2(front in) 1(rear ex)
asus z87 deluxe
gigabyte gtx 780 ghz edition

I think my temps is too high for cpu. (ROOM TEMPS 18-24) NOT SURE*
cpu: idle 40c gaming 51c p95(26.6ver) 65c
mobo: idle 39c gaming 50c
gpu: idle 52c gaming 75c

I use one garbage thermal paste atm.(coolermaster something) and never tried to fix the backplate of h100i with rubbers or plastic washers? what do u think tho?

(The only thing I care is my graphics card since seems like its burnt or something the silver color where u connect the cables its like black/violet like its burnt.) Sorry for my bad English and thanks for reading

Solution
It's all up to the Intel Turbo Boost, the CPU will be about 3-5'C less with Boost turned off or if you turn on Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology "which downclocks the voltage and Ghz for power saving when not doing anything loadwise which also gives less heat on idle. My 7700K runs fine with 35'C Idle and 70'C for gaming.

Basically a rule of thumb on anything with Turbo Boost with EIST Disabled or PC is on High Performance ~ Anything below 50'C for idle is normal and anything below 80'C for Load is perfectly normal.

Do note if it spikes above 80'C it is still good, it's like speedbumps for a racecar. But if it goes above 80'C for awhile and when it goes down again at that same time if your cpu's frequency is less than it's stated...

Thanks for answering!

It's all set properly.(I think so)
2Coolermaster JetFlo front Intake
1-//- rear Ex.
2TOP(RAD) Ex.
(All fans work w/o silent adapters)

(UPDATE test done night (18-24) day we get 28-34)

Im thinking about backplate.. My cooler moves a little isn't that stable. But I have problem with my case. CM690 III with my mobo hide 2 of 4screws. So I have to unscrew motherboard to check that. I have no time nowdays..
What do you think? but h100i running latest firmware ver.1.0.7

Idle is pretty irrelevant, where its most important is when its under stress, now for your gpu, any chance of a picture ?, sounds very strange

I decided to change fans of my h100i(stock too loud) and case(jetflo too loud). and thinking about noctua nf-f12 120mm for h100i(seems the best option). can u suggest me 4 noctua fans silent with good airflow for my case?

FRONT INTAKE x2 120 OR 140mm(supported)
BOTTOM INTAKE x1 120(supported)
REAR EXHAUST x1 120(supported)

But if it goes above 80'C for awhile and when it goes down again at that same time if your cpu's frequency is less than it's stated to run but the speed doesn't go back up at the same instant it reaches the stable temperature at then it means thermal throttling has kicked in and you should consider another cooler or cooling method.

Actually I was thinking to go to nh-d15s.. h100i had many problems with firmware, corsair link(noise) and backplate.. its 4/5 on guarantee, thinking to send back.. I just installed the jetflo and fixed backplate and temp dropped to those numbers. Before cooler had like 70 on gaming. Im bored of this cooler since the day I bought.. so many problems!

Actually when I installed cl 2.7 something and auto optimized fans were working at 2.200 rpms w/o noise. When i recently installed cl 4 latest one works like train.. quiet on cl4 1.200rpms is same as cl2 2.200 thats why i wanted to replace fans if temps are proper with h100i to not waste money on new cooler because the noise is unacceptable since case is next to my monitor.
