I updated the BIOS from F6 to F7 using Gigabyte App Centre, restarted and everything looked good. Then I checked CPU-Z to see if RAM speed has been corrected by itself or not. It didn't. So I rebooted and went to BIOS setup by pressing DEL.
There in M.I.T -> Advanced Frequency Settings ->
There I think it was 'Extreme Memory Profile' which was disabled. System Memory Multiplier was Auto 21.33. Memory Frequency 2133mhz. I switched to Profile1 option which was the only option available. Multiplier changed to 29.33 and clock speed to 2933mhz. I saved the settings rebooted. everything fired up. All the fans and LEDs then it shutdown restarted and shutdown again.

Isn't 2933mhz supported even with Bios F7? How can reset it?

Solution
check that your ram on the mb ram tested guild. some fast ram run at higher voltage then stock if yours is one of those rams may need to bump the voltage. try reflashing the bios but use the bios updater in the bios. if you cant get a post out of the system clear the cmos using jumper or button. have power off whe nyou dop this.also make sure the ram in the right ram slots and is locked in.

Did you let it shutdown and restart a couple of times? Might reset CMOS if Gigabytes BIOS works like MSI's, if you have incompatible memory settings. Otherwise, reset CMOS via motherboard, either shorting the 2 pins or removing battery for 30 secs.

Is your ram on the QVL. I know i cant get my pc to post above 2933. I left all voltages on auto and just changed to 2933. Any other tampering with ram and it wont boot

Ryzen needs some memory updates soon

Thanks for replying. I have reseted the BIOS by removing CMOS battery and placing it back after a few minutes. System booted like normal and RAM clock speeds are back at 2133mhz. Does it mean I can not use 2933mhz? Should I even try to bump it to 2666mhz? I have read that I will need to increase CPU Soc voltage as well. I would rather not do such thing.

Go one step up and see what happens. Keep going up till it wont boot

I've noticed that the SOC voltage bumps up temperatures significantly. I've got a 1700x under water and the increase is about 5-10 degrees on both the CPU and motherboard when going from 2133 to 3000mhz.
