Hi! Just wanted to know if adding an SSD to a slow PC with a slow CPU like an Atom, still provide a significant speed upgrade to basic tasks and web browsing speeds?

Adding a ssd will definitely help your boot time and allow you to launch applications quicker it will defiantly give a a boost to your system overall. But since atom processors are so outdated I don't think it will help that much honestly.
