This may be a dumb question, but I am doing a clean install if windows 7 pro sp1. The display comes up with an error saying no device drivers were found, does that mean that in installation media itself is missing the correct drivers? I have two pcs, one for moderate gaming, and one that I rebuilt. The installation work fine when I put the hdd in my gaming pc to see if the installation would work, and it did, so I ended up wiping it again to try again in rebuilt one.

Windows 7 doesn't have all the required drivers that your system's motherboard needs - - this is by no means unusual.

You have to download the drivers for your motherboard model from the manufacturer's website.

Likewise for the graphics card if you've installed one, download that driver from the card manufacturer's website.

If you can't get online with that PC yet, download the drivers using another PC & put them on a pen drive.
