What are the PC specs? What PSU? How do you know the PSU is fine?

If you are positive that the PSU is fine then it could be a supply issue. Where are you located geographically? If your electricity supply is not stable it could be the cause of the PSU rebooting the PC. Or it can be a bad power outlet.
