That is a really nice build. Well done. The only thing I would say, is that the 1070s are so overprices right now, I cannot justify buying one when you can get a 1080 for $50 more and a 1080 is a significant upgrade from the 1070. Even though a 1080 is overkill for 1080p, I would still get the 1080 and know that you have a rig that will be good for a long time.
I would probably wait on the CPU cooler. The 1600 come with a wraith spire cooler and is a decent stock cooler. You might be surprised on the cooling it will provide and may not need the Hyper 212 EVO.
