I need a motherboard that I can overclock a GTX 1070 and an i7-6700k (4.0Ghz,
LGA1151) on as my current motherboard can not overclock.

I'd ideally like a motherboard for around £100 but if its higher quality my max budget is about £150

Any Z170/Z270 mobo. In theory more expensive mobos will overclock better, but in practice it won't make a huge difference and your results will depend on your CPU and cooling as much or more than your mobo. You're probably fine getting the cheapest one you can find that has all the features/connectors/slots you want.
