Asus error code B2 with new radeon rx 480 8gb.

My specs:
Motherboard: Asus z87 -Expert.
Processor: INTEL CORE I5-4460 HASWELL, 3.2GHZ, 6MB, QUAD-CORE.
Mem RAM: DDR3 Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB ( 2X4GB ).
Power supply: Corsair RM750 CP-9020055-WW 750W Real 80 Plus Gold ATX / EPS - Active PFC, Modular Cables.
Windows: 10 LTSB 64 bits.
Current gpu: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB DDR5 -11260-20-20G.
Old gpu: ASUS GTX760 DIRECTCU II 2GB 256BIT, GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5.

Problem: After upgrade my gpu to rx 480 my MoBa display hold b2 code with black screen. Cant access bios with gpu connected.

I did the following tryouts:

-Installing latest BIOS (Version 2103, date: 2014/09/12).
-Clear CMOS (pin and battery).
-Change gpu connected power cables.
-Formatting windows.
-Change pci slot.
-Removing the gpu i change BIOS pci to gen2 and gen1.
-Change ram slot 1-3 to 2-4.

Obs: old gpu works

Please help me!

I checked in another computer and it works at 16x mode. I made a test in my mobo putting the primary display Igpu so i runned windows with rx 480 connected. In the bios the pci-e 1 detected the rx480 at 16x mode, i have installed the drivers but it shows the same error if i remove igpu to pcie. Tried to update the bios but atiflash doesn't recognize the rx480.
