I'm upgrading my mobo from a Gigabyte H170 HD3 to a Gigabyte Z170 K3, and also upgrading my RAM from Hyper X Fury 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz to Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHz, all other hardware is staying the same.
OS im running is 64bit windows 10 home
my question is what will happen when i boot up? will i just be able to carry on as normal? will I have to reinstall windows? and will i lose any data?
Any help is much appreciated, im new to all this so please be gentle.
