New MB-Ram, Dont know what lights mean

I have purchased the MSI Z270 carbon pro gaming MB,

computer runs completely fine, starts up games amazing exc. I just have a worry about something I could not find in the manual.

above my 2 filled ram slots theres a blinking red LED, it is solid when the computer first starts up then blinks.

Checking Hwinfo64, they get proper power and clock up when needed exc, so I have no clue what the its about. The MB manual says nothing about the lights what so ever.

Not necessarily. Like I said, without knowing exactly how it was designed, it's tough to say.
But for example, sometimes LEDs work backwards. "VGA light" being on, on most ASUS motherboards = bad. Off = good.

It may well just be that solid = successfully posted/detected, and flashing = operational.

Page 41-42 of the English manual.

Given your description of where it's located, I suspect there's an LED for each DIMM slot you've populated?
If so, it sounds normal to me, although whether they should remain solid or blink while operations, I'm not 100% sure.
If these are the "RAM slots populated" LEDs, and everything is working as intended, I don't think there's anything to worry about.

They are the DIMM light, and yes only flash on the ones that are installed. What weirds me out is they are flashing, I would have though solid = good, flashing is an issue and off is bad (well off would mean not installed.. so I wouldn't get a post)

Good point, I mean in the end after watching a monitor and having 0 troubles with posting or preformance I guess the only assumption is they are okay... but im willing to hear someone out if they know otherwise. Kinda a Hypochondriac when it comes to my rigs hah.
