got the z270-e yes suztera is correct

just to clarify

where it says rog ext on the motherboard

there are 2 headers--1 with 8 pins and one with 9 pins

you want the one with 9 pins

think its on the right of the 2

sort of between the writing on the board thats says rog ext and usb 1314

Thanks, sweat off my chest! I was already familiar with the internal hub but I'm glad the 3 headers are sufficient for my build

Thanks for pointing that out! So far I have been super careful as its my first build and I end up checking all connections like 5 times before thrusting those cables in. As for the front panel connectors, not 5 times, maybe 10!

BTW, how are you, long time no see! I recall your help from previous posts with my endless questions lol. Most appreciated!!

checking several times isnt a bad thing best to make sure you get it right

yes i dont come on here as much as i used to

but still pop in now and then to try to help people if i can
