Hello Community.

I have these weird white dots and white jagged edges in many games like the Witcher 3 or other games. I could have sworn that this problem has only occured lately, but i am not sure.

Here is a screenshot of a particularly nasty example: http://imgur.com/eTXQDMB (Look at the left of the door, the vertical line. It looks much worse ingame.)

Help me out, please. Is my card scuffed? Am i going insane?

Cheers

Yes of course, sorry i missed that, here are my specs:
Asus Strix 980 TI
Intel i5 4670 K
16GB of DDR3 ram
Bequiet power zone 650 W PSU
BenQ GL2450 Monitor
Playing on Windows 10 64 bit

Nothing is overclocked, everything running at stock.
The temperatures are normal, not exceeding 70 degrees on the important components.
I am seeing these white edges and pixels in many areas, also on those that do not suffer from aliasing.
Running on ultra settings of course.

A stupid question: If i see these effects in the youtube videos of certain youtubers as well (apparently only some have it and some don't) does this mean that they see it as well or is it bound to my monitor? Can such effects even be bound to the monitor itself? My first reaction of course would be that they have it as well considering that youtube does not render the game as i watch it and im watching a pre-rendered image, just wanted to point it out.

In this video (sorry, it is german) you can see some of the weird white pixels on wet surfaces like the eyes. Focus on the eyes at 14:20 onwards: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FE1P2ZxKr3Q&index=43&list=PLG7fOCeDa3yphGapng3KAF5fMACej-ink

Thank you for your answers guys, im desperate for help.

Cheers-

If you are talking about the picture then please be sure to view it in fullscreen mode.

About the video: Can you not see the weird white dots in the eyes? I know they can be reflections but they look so distracting and immersion breaking.

Well in the screenshot it is of course not visible but when moving i just see these white dots in the eyes as really distracting. Are you not seeing what i mean when the video is playing?

And what about the picture i included with the question?

Excuse me if I'm starting to get annoying, it just bothers me.
