Best GPU (Under $60) for Streaming?

Hi! I have currently a Pentium G4400 with no GPU. The only game I play are CSGO, Rust and PUBG. I would like to stream and record CSGO and PUBG and I need to buy a GPU for under $60, what should I go for that allows me to stream at 720p30. Also if it matters I have 1GB Wifi Speed.

Any new GPU designed for gaming is going to be at least $80. You can look around used, but the most bang for your money is going to be something like a GTX1050 or an RX550.

Your WiFi speed is not important to streaming, only your internet speed, particularly the upload speed. At least for live streaming.

Your CPU is going to struggle to record and play a game at the same time though.

Honestly, I'd save up longer; I can barely imagine trying to *play* PUBG on a 4400 with a $60 GPU, let alone also streaming it.
