ASUS-z270k

Hyper 212 EVO
250GB SSD
2TB HDD

The problems I have with today is that no where in windows will it pick up/read my 2TB HDD so i can reformat it to work, it shows up in BIOS and can be used to override boot and RAID menu but won't show up anywhere else, why is that?
My other problem is that I accidentally had HD Audio plugged into something else in my motherboard and then finally fixed that but then front panel audio doesn't pick anything up, was it because I had the HD Audio plugged in somewhere bad on my motherboard before placing it where it belongs?
Headphone jack/Microphone front panels aren't picked up by realtek what so ever.
