Hello! I have a processor AMD R5 1600X, CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 ver 5.30 and motherboard Asus B350-F, BIOS 0809. The memory operates at a frequency of 2133mhz, when I try to turn on the profile of D.O.C.P. The system does not start up, raising the frequency up to 2666 and timings up to 16-18-18-18-39, the voltage 1.35V achieved stable operation of the system, but with increasing frequency further, the system does not start. In one case out of ten it turns out to run at a frequency of 2800 and timings of 17-18-18-18-40. The compatibility lists of the motherboard indicate that the kit should work at a frequency of 2933 with timings of 15-17-17-17-35. Maybe I missed some important settings in the BIOS, or did I get a defective kit? Please, Help!

These sticks were tested with:
15-17-17-35 1.35V DOCP2933
but Ryzen is very sensitive in matter of memory. Try returning the RAM and get other RAM which are working better:
