can i change the my motherboard and do not have to reinstall windows on my pc .
i have win 7 ultimate edition and i will change my motherboard to gigabyte ga h250m ds3h .
will i have to reinstall windows or when i plug everything and start my pc it will start.

The answer from superninja12 is partially correct. The OEM license of Windows is attached to the motherboard, but this does not require you to reinstall it.

You can change your motherboard and your PC will work, but Windows will no longer be activated and you have to activate it again.

If you have an OEM license, then you have to buy a new key for the new motherboard.
If you have a retail license key, then you just have to activate windows by entering your product key once again.
