So i builded my pc around 3 months months ago and it was always perfectly fine, i got a msi z270 mortar, 16 gb ddr4 3000 mhz corsair ram, i5 7600k with a hyper 212 evo cooler, gtx 1070 , a 120gb SSD for OS and 3tb sata storage, but a few days ago my pc when i turned it on started showing "CPU Fan Error, please check" and then it said it didnt detect my boot disk and it didnt turn on, so i disassembled the parts and assembled it again to make sure everything was turned on propoerly but it still happens the same thing, and my CPU Fan is runing perfectly fine without stopping, and is not just this, so imagine im playing a game(paladins in this case) at like 200+ fps if i minimize the game even just for one time when i maximize it the fps go to 40 and if i do it again they go to around 15-20 and they dont go up it just crashes, and my CPU temp keeps jumping from 39 to 55 C without me moving it, please help me i dont know what to do anymore , i even took out my artic thermal paste and apllied it again to see if it was the issue and it didnt work
I dont know whats happening please help
