Hello,
I have had this issue for the past 4 days, it began when I was playing CSGO, half way through the game - the monitor would go black with no signal, and the sound in my headset will stutter (forcing me to turn the PC off and restart). It also happened when browsing Facebook, and when attempting to launch World of Warcraft, it cuts off.
Setup:
GPU: MSI Rad R9 380 GAMING 4GB/DDR5 (NOT OC)
MOBO: MSI 970 GAMING AM3+ Mobo
RAM: CORSAIR 4x4GB VENGEANCE PRO 1866/MHZ (RED)
CPU: AMD 8350 Eight Core Processer (4GHZ) (Not OC)
COOLER: CORSAIR H60 WATERCOOLING
PSU: Powercool 80 Plus 850W (PC-850AUBA-M) (Bad choice probably)
CASE: CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC01 RED LED
HDD: 1TB SEAGATE SSHD (HYBRID)
MONITORS: (1) 24" ACER K242HLABID
COOLING: 4x CORSAIR AIR SP120 (RED)
What have I done so far?
I've seen multiple threads online regarding a similar issue but the fixes they've had aren't working, and before I go and purchase a brand new system today, I'd like to have someone look at this and see if I have missed anything, I've attached some screen shots of HWMonitor details.

What have I done so far?
Uninstalled all Drivers
Formatted HD, Re-installed a fresh Windows 10
Cleaned the system out for any dust
Tried a different monitor
Monitored Temps (50-60c for CPU/GPU)
Memtest
chkdsk
Changed HDMI & Power Supply Cable
