Hello, guys
My PC has a Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3PH motherboard and an 8GB Kvr1333d3n9 / 8g Kingston memory.
I found one person selling 2 Kingston 8GB model KVR16N11/8, totaling 16GB.
So i remove my ram 8gb 1333mhz and put the two new rams 1600mhz for work in dual channel. The problem is that now Windows does not boot, it is freezing in logo screen. (if i put the 8gb 1333mhz back and remove the 2 1600mhz so boots normally)
The motherboard do one beep normally and I can enter the Bios and identify the 2 rams. There informs that they are working at 1600MHz, 1.5V, and CL11. I even tried to modify these options, but they're all blocked.
I've cleaned the memorys with rubber and it does not change anything. I have tested each RAM separately, update the Bios and nothing.
I looked up a list of compatible motherboard memories and they are not really available, but I've already seen several people using memories that are not on the list.
So whats is the mystery?
