Hey there. I know there are a lot of topics out there about fan setup of NZXT s340 but they generally have different coolers or strong GPU & CPU. The system i am planning on getting is Ryzen 5 1400 and GTX 1050 Ti and i will be using 720p monitor since i already have it now. I wont be using any water or tower cooler just the stock fan that Ryzen 5 1400 comes with so nothing fancy ^^ These components are not that high and definitely i will not be doing any overclocking. I will simply play games. So i am kinda confused about the fan setup.
As you know NZXT S340 comes with one rear exhaust and one top exhaust fans which are 120 mm. I could simply
* Take the top exhaust and install it as front intake.
* Take the top exhaust and install it as front intake and add a Noctua NF-P14 Redux-1200 as second front intake. I dont know if the combination of 120 mm and 140 mm would cause any problem though i can't see any reason for it to do so.
* Or simply leave the stock fans where they are and add two Noctua NF-P14 Redux-1200 as intake.
The thing is i dont know if there will be any significant temperature difference between these 3 formations considering the components of mine and me not be doing any overclocking. So what do you think i should do ? Thank you in advance.
