Hello!
Pretty recently my computer has been starting to get really slow when I tab between programs or try to play high-end games. Task manager reveals that this is caused by 100% disk usage, but it's almost always a different process that is highlighted in red as causing the problem. I've done multiple scans and tests on my CPU, Ram, and HDD, but they all come up with no problems. I've also done multiple different virus scans with multiple different programs (Avast, Norton, Windows Defender) and nothing comes up. My specs are pretty good so what could be causing the problem and what can I do to solve it?
Specs:
-Windows 10 Home
-Intel Core i5-7600k CPU @ 3.80GHz
-MSI Z170A Gaming M7 Motherboard
-16gb RAM
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
-Seagate BarraCuda ST2000DM006 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive
