The Ryzen 5 1600 overclocks to equal a 7600k near max OC. The 4770k will soon be an equal to an i3-8100 that new is $120 if the leak is correct. I'm not putting down the old CPU but pointing out the prices should change in about 2 months. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/intel-coffee-lake-retail-pricing,35266.html
For a used CPU normal use it should last 10~15 years. If the 4770K tho has been overclock you may get a bad deal.
