Do I have sufficient power to run a GTX 750 Ti on a Dell Optiplex Mini Tower? (PSU Wattage is 300w)

I'm kinda contemplating my decision on upgrading my graphics card. Mainly because I'm quite worried whether or not my PSU has enough power to run it. As well as whether the 750 would bottleneck.

Edit: My specs are,
CPU: Intel Duo Core E8400 (3.0 GHz)
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Stock 300W
PCI Slots: AMD Radeon HD5450, Asus Xonar DG
Hardrive: ( C: ) 130GB HItachi ( D: ) 500GB Samsung

Solution
Yes that's a very common mod. Avoid the few GTX750s with 6pin PCIe connector. You didn't say which Optiplex you have, some of them have a UEFI BIOS and some are Legacy BIOS. A Legacy GPU can run on either. a UEFI GPU requires a UEFI BIOS on the MB. Most full height cards will need some slight mods to fit. Basically you get a short single fan card (under 7") with no connectors on the 2nd slot of the bracket, and you cut the 2 slot bracket in 1/2. If the plastic cover goes all the way to the back you have to cut it back 1/2" to make a side vent so the hot air goes out the rear case vent. You can put the piece of bracket you cut off behind the vido card to help remove heat there. If it still runs hot get an expansion slot blower.

I'm using a Dell Optiplex 760 MT, and this is the card I was planning to buy https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125882&cm_re=Gigabyte_GTX750_1_gb-_-14-125-882-_-Product whether or not it fits into my case, is a mystery to me.

Haha sadly no, the CPU I have installed is the E8400. Could it still work?
