Is there another game like Battlefield 3? Could you pls recommend me a few?

I know there's BF4, but I've played it before and I found it to be a bit disappointing in comparison, the ending came too soon, the graphics engine is sort of flawed and it wasn't as realistic as BF3 overall.

So, are there any other games as realistic as BF3 and preferably FPS war games as well?
Please recommend me any that you know.

Battlefield is about the only game with the mixture of large scale battle, 2 teams and the not so realistic gun play. COD not so big and more arcadey as you said, ARMA just as big (or bigger) but more realistic and less action. If you want a little bigger (100 players) and more realistic try Squad. Still in early access but much more realistic; pretty much a 1 bullet kills game and no kill cams etc. Not ARMA level realistic but half way between that and BF3. If you want battlefield the only thing close is battlefield. BF4 is similar to 3 BF1 is lower skilled but prettier, Battlefront is an even lower skill gap skin of the same thing.

Not sure if you've tried any of the king of the hill type games or are interested but PUBG is...

Yeah, I remember playing ARMA 2 once but back then I had a pretty crappy pc, I'll give it another go soon.

As for the CoD franchise I find those ones a lot of fun, but I'm looking for something more realistic, the CoD series is a bit on the arcade side.
