Few words

Put in MoBo that has 4 RAM slots for easier RAM upgrade in the future. With this build, you can game on 720p with ultra settings or 1080p with low/medium settings.

FX-8350 has 0 upgrade paths and it uses DDR3 RAM. To put it short, it's obsolete (it came out in 2012). While with the latest Intel tech, you can upgrade your CPU from i3-7100 up to i5-7600 or i7-7700. Intel CPUs also use much faster DDR4 RAM.

If you want plenty of cores, go with Ryzen build (e.g Ryzen 3). Ryzen CPUs are good for streaming/ video editing thanks to the great multi-core performance. While for gaming alone, Intel CPUs are best choice since they have great single- and quad-core performance.

i have now radeon 7700hd what do you think better to change or is good enought for what i need ... ( only movies, streaming hd,music production,1 day of month maybe some games (unpretenitous games)?

An i3 doesn't make sense. The G4560 is significantly cheaper and gives 90-95% the same performance. However Id look at a Ryzen 3 build, should be similar to an i3 build price and comes with a true 4 core. Even Intel have decided the next gen i3's coming later this year will be quad cores and not dual core with hyperthreading.

Note: This Ryzen build only works if you put your old dedicated GPU into it.

Few words

Since €500 is quite a bit, you can go with Ryzen 5 1600 and gain significant performance boost over Ryzen 3 1200,
comparison: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-3-1200-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-1600/3931vs3919

I also put in 4 RAM slot MoBo for easier RAM upgrade in the future and also changed the RAM from 2400 Mhz to 2666 Mhz ones since all Ryzen builds support 2133/2400/2666 Mhz RAM by default.
