New Soundcard and My headset

I just bought Creative Titanium Fata1lty.I have installed it but it has no usb port so I cant plug my headset.I have sennheiser gsp350 by the way.So should I plug it with external cable or is its own soundcard is better?

You don't need sound card to plug in USB earphones, plug them in any USB port. With USB, sound is transferred digitally and phones have a converter to analog inside. If it was only for USB phones, you didn't have to buy sound card.
