best manufacture for gpus? 1060.

Im upgrading soon from a pny 750ti to a 1060, but there are so many options. Whats the best manufacture in your guys opinions? MSI, Gigabyte, Asus, EVGA, Zotac etc.?

Several good choices. Price aside, if I was choosing a card it would be:

1) Asus Strix
2) EVGA FTW (one of them)
3) MSI
4) Gigabyte
other..

You still need to investigate each card carefully. Read user comments from say NEWEGG etc. I'll check and come back.

Okay, PRICING is problematic for the GTX1060 6GB cards.

$270USD - EVGA (single-fan)

Now the following link claims the SINGLE-FAN EVGA card is really quiet:

I doubt it is as quiet as they make it out to be under heavy load, but at $270 ($80 cheaper than the Asus Strix) it's confusing especially when a GTX1070 is about $450 ($100 more than the Asus Strix GTX1060).

*Also important is to list GTX1060's (ignore 3GB cards) in order of "Best Rating" and look for cards with a HIGH SCORE (out of 5) and a high number of reviews.

CONCLUSION:

I wouldn't pay more as it's a solid card, but I wouldn't get the single fan card either since I'm not convinced it would be as quiet. So at roughly $305USD I think this is the best overall choice.

(It's likely you can drop the fan down a bit if you hear it. I did so on my GTX1080 and since the cooler looks nearly IDENTICAL but has to dissipate much less heat this card should be very quiet. Asus Strix cooler IMO is complete overkill for a GTX1060)
