1 of my hdd's is always at 100% no matter what.

So I've just bought a new hard drive (used) and in task manager it's always at 100% usage and 0kb/s.

I would run a CHKDSK /R on that drive (google it)

Hi,
This is most likely not a hard drive problem but a windows problem,
Goto procecy and find out what is hogging disk usage

Probably disk defragmenter or windows defender scanning the drive.
You can use Resource Monitor, to find out, what is doing it.
