ssd or hdd

i recently upgraded gpu and now my disk usage is almost always 100% should i upgrade my hdd to an ssd, i recently purchased a new psu and that wasn't the problem so its the hard drive i use again ssd or a new harddrive

Have 3 Desktops and 5 Laptops. ALL of this use and SSD for OS and Programs. While Performance is 10+X that of a HDD that's not the only reason for using an SSD. I find that SSDs are a far better choice when looking at reliability, which is every bit as important as performance.
Bottom Line I would go for the SSD for OS and programs and use your HDD for storage.
