New CPU For Old Computer

I'm going to be adding an i7 to my old computer, but don't know what i7 to get for it. Here are the parts.

Also, do i just replace it or is there another step to it?

the parts list is showing a 404.
examples:
if you have say an i3 2100, you could install an i7 2700k by just changing the CPU.
keep the generations the same, 2100 2700 are both 2xxx series chips
replace a 4xxx series with a i7 4790k
an i3 6100 with a i7 6700 or a 7700 6xxx and 7xxx series can be interchanged provided the BIOS is correct.
as long as the series is the same a CPU should just pop into the motherboard.
going from one generation/series to the next will require a motherboard swap and possibly RAM - except 6xxx and 7xxx.

Presuming you want to replace the G4560, the list of all supported processors can be found here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B250M-DS3H-rev-10#support-cpu Even though you can't overclock it, the 4.2 GHz i7-7700K is the fastest one.
