There's no need to PM me. We can discuss it here. Your 350W PSU is likely too small. And the total wattage is not as important as the +12V rail specs found on its nameplate. But the GTX 650 Ti demands a good quality 430W PSU or better with a 6-pin PCIe connector.
You would be better off with a newer, faster GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti. Or even the GTX 750 Ti which is in the same class as the older 650 Ti... or slightly better.
