I'm trying to re-purpose the SSD from my old laptop. The motherboard failed on it, but it would be a shame to toss out the SSD. I want to put it in my desktop, but the SATA connectors are not the same. I researched it a little and was pointed to enclosures that housed the drive and mounted in the 3.5" bays in my desktop, but I couldn't seem to find exactly what I needed. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. The part number of the drive I'm using is SSD0E38407.

That is an mSATA drive.
Just like a regular 2.5" SATA drive, just in a different package.

You need one of these adapters, to expose regualr SATA ports:

The drive you linked to is an MSATA drive, which is an outdated standard now replaced by M.2. You can find an MSATA to SATA converter at most large computer shops, or on amazon/newegg. If you have an older motherboard you may already have an MSATA slot, just look at the spec sheet. It may be on the back of the board.
