im scared because i was gonna wait to get a build going and my little brother knocked the cpu off my desk on to a concrete floor while in the plastic cover, i wont be able to start the build till i get my case but do you think it will be fine it dosent look damaged.

It's probably fine. Nothing inside the CPU is sensitive to a shock (unless it's hit hard enough to physically crack it, which I highly doubt happened here). If it's an Intel CPU there are no pins to bend on the CPU (the pins are on the motherboard socket), and the pins on an AMD CPU should be protected within the plastic clamshell.
