EU - Cheap PC build suggestion for playing Euro Truck Simulator 2

Hi everyone,
My son is enjoying playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 game and is stealing my PC to do it. I have a spare monitor so I'd like to build him as cheap a PC as possible that can play the game adequately.

I'm in Europe so build suggestions that take that into consideration are appreciated.

I also know that the $500 budget pc concept would work for Euro Truck Simulator but I'm guessing you clever guys can suggest some older (cheaper) graphics card and other components that will still work fine.

This, but with G4560 if you can find it, and another GPU. The most bang for the buck is probably GTX770 from ebay, or GTX760 if ~€50. GTX770 would be faster than €100 RX460/560/GTX1050, but cheaper. If some latest games will be played, not just ETS2- then I would already suggest the same GTX1050Ti.
