I have a GTX 1070 OC and a AMD-FX 6300 OC,16GB RAM.Could i run destiny 2 1080p on medium-high.

well, the 1600x or higher is the recommend AMD CPU. But obviously you need to get a new mobo and ram too. You won't be able to put the 1600x ain your current mobo. The GTX will be fine though.
