GPU Drivers not updating / no program running

Hey There,
So this is going to be a bit of lengthy description, but bear with me for some time. I discovered my problems about 3 days ago, when Overwatch would randomly disconnect in the middle of the game and PUBG would not go past the BattleEye service dialog box. BF4 would constantly kick me due to PunkBuster and Battle.Net client and Steam would take forever to load up. Eventually I decided my be I should reinstall these, so I unistalled PUBG, CSGO, BF3, BF4, NFSMW, Origin, Battle.net client, Steam and Punkbuster and then reinstalled them. After reinstalling however, PUBG would still not load up and Overwatch would play at 1 FPS.

So I decided it might be the GPU driver problem so tried loading up geforce Experience which was already on my computer. However, it would not load up saying installation failed. So I unistalled the program and tried reinstalling it, but it never installed, citing the same problem. So I went to the Geforce Driver page and tried downloading the drivers manually, but it never installed saying Nvidia installer failure. However, I was worried now, as i could not even load up Device Manager without Windows saying it was blocked by the administrator. So I ran
net user administrator /active:yes
in CMD and logged onto the admin account just created. I tried installing from there, but I never installed. Also, when I loaded up the device manager page in that account, it showed the GPU under neath display adapters, but after I tried installing the drivers, and chose clean installation and it did not work, it moved the GPU to Unknown Devices.

As such, I do not know what to do know. I need help to reinstall the drivers, as there are NO nvidia programs on the computer right now and only folders are present. Therefore, help me out thanks.

Highly doubt it. Monitor has been plugged into my 760 for a long time. Been using the PC since 2015 end, first time seeing a problem like this.

Hey guys, So I managed to solve a bit of my problem. I created the admin account thru CMD using net user administrator /active:yes and went into Device Manager, where luckily, my GPU was listed as Device Adapter. It did not allow me to update to the latest driver, but after choosing the option to browse drivers, I found an option locate drivers compatible with my GPU on the computer. So I choose the latest driver, which was from the 1st of May 2017, and Windows successfully installed it (YEAAAAAAA!).

But my main qualm know is how to update the driver. And I still cannot download Geforce Experience or Nvidia Control Panel so I cannot verify that it is the driver I choose apart from the details showed by Windows thru device manager. How do I proceed from here?
