So here is the deal, i broke my previous monitor XD
and i'm looking for a new one, but i have been looking at 2 monitors all day and can't decide, i'm looking at the Asus ROG Swift PG248Q 24" and Asus ROG Swift PG278QR 27" both the same really only resolution and 3 inch difference.
So here is the deal, is it worth getting a 3 Inch 1440p 144hz G-Sync for 312 euros more than a 24 inch 1080p 144hz G-sync ?
i mean it's freaking 312 euros just for a 3 inch difference and a higher resolution.

I did a comparison on websites and yet that does not help me. LINK
I really could use some help that has tried both of them and hit me back with his/her thoughts.
To me a 312 euro difference is a deal breaker but again i can't decide.
Those 312 euro extras could be spend better for example get a m.2 ssd or 2 extra monitors that cost 108 euro a piece for a triple setup because i always have a lot of things open.

The games i play are mostly World of Warcraft and some other AA games, i rarely play Triple AAA games.

I'm running on a X99 -a, i7 5820K at 4.5Ghz, GTX 1080 G1 8GB, 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz i'm not sure if this changes things, in my opinion it does not, but just in case, it's listed here if u need it.

Thank you kindly in advance for the support.

That depends on the user, are you a resolution freak like me? (personally i think 1080p is old hat and unsatisfying so i moved up to 1440P) high resolution can have its advantages, and the other thing you have to consider is; Do you have the power to handle a higher resolution with decent framerates?, one day i plan to move straight to 5K, but that will require a better GPU than my 970.

I got a GTX 1080 G1 8GB should be fine up to 4K, i'm not a resolution freak, i'm more of a freak that wants his games to run ultra smooth.
I just don't get why a monitor 3 inches bigger and 1440p is 312 euro more expensive, while i see many people say that 1080 and 1440 is not a very big difference.
