Best Cooler for Overclocking Ryzen 5 1600?

I am currently in the market for a new cpu cooler for my Ryzen 5 1600, it is currently overclocked to 3.9GHz with the stock cooler and runs between 70c and 80c when under AIDA64 100% load, I was wondering what cooler is the best for overclocking the 1600, I would be looking to either reduce the temps or have enough headroom to overclock a bit further eg. to 4GHz or 4.1GHz. I would probably be wanting to spend around £20-£60 depending on how good the cooler is.

  3. i used the hyper 212 evo and was not happy when i overclocked it. i switched to an all copper base from zalman. got the cpns 9900 led. worked much better than the evo on my 1600.

It is pretty good actually, cpu bounces between 20C and 35C with desktop use and maxes out at 67C under 100% load (AIDA64)
The installation was ok, but I was unable to install it in the top of my CM Master Case 5 for some reason as the fan holes wouldn't line up, so I uninstalled my CD drive and put it in the front.
