Hey guys, this is my first time posting on tomshardware so please be easy on me if the formatting is bad or if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I am currently on holiday in Hong Kong and I want to build a PC, and this is what I have currently. I want to see if this is a good build price wise and build wise and if there is any advice you guys can give me. Thanks a lot in advance :D

*ALL PRICES IN HKD* (Conversion rate is around 1USD to 7.8HKD)
BUILD:

1) i7 7700 CPU ----------------------------------------- 2200 HKD
2) ASUS B250F Gaming Motherboard ---------- 1080 HKD
3) 16GB D4-2400 RAM x2 -------------------------- 830 HKD each = 1660 HKD
4) Samsung 960 EVO 512GB SSD -------------- 2180 HKD
5) Toshiba 3TB HDD --------------------------------- 560 HKD

6) ASUS GTX1080Ti STRIX 11GB --------------- 6800 HKD
OR
6) Inno3D iChill GTX1080Ti ------------------------ 5800 HKD

7) 650W 80+ Gold PSU power -------------------- 770 HKD
8) Xigmatek Case ATX ------------------------------ 380 HKD
9) Win10 64bit Home -------------------------------- 880 HKD

Total: 16380 HKD

I have 2 choices for the graphics card because one was recommended by a shop (ASUS), and the other one is my friend offering it to me for a cheap price. If you feel there are any specs that are overrated or can be replaced with better options I would be super super grateful for all advice. Thanks! :)
