Hi, below are my specs

Intel core i3 6100
4gb ram ddr4
Nvidia geforce gt730 4gb zotac edition

Can i play gta v in med settings?
And in what fps?

Your ram will hold you back badly. Actually the onboard video is better than your 730, but your lack of ram will make it unplayable with your onboard since it uses the same ram. Will it literally play? Yes but even at low settings will be a bit choppy driving fast
