NAS Raid Asustor

So i want to get an asustor nas one of the models to run plex.
Asustor AS6102T
I do have two drives which are very dofferent from each other.
So what i am basically asking is should i raid on the nas?
If i can do do raid with these drives which raid should i do?
1TB 3.5 WD Black 7200 rpm
1TB 2.5 Samsung Momentus 5400 rpm

you've got JBOD choices.

Raid0, higher capacity, higher risk of failure (than just a single drive), probably works more poorly with the two unbalanced drives, doesn't like non-nas drives
Raid1, low capacity, lower risk of failure (than just a single drive) , probably copes better with unbalanced drives, doesn't like non-nas drives
JBOD, higher capacity, medium risk of failure, copes best with unbalanced drives, doesn't care about non-nas drives.

RAID, of whatever type, is ideally done on identical drives. Or at least similar specs.
The WD Black will be hampered by the slow 5400RPM drive.
