I have just received my new Zotac GTX 1050 ti 4GB OC Edition to upgrade from an integrated Radeon R700 Graphics Card. I followed the steps in the guide when installing the card into the PCIe slot however when I put in the HDMI in to the GTX 1050 ti and powered it up the fans turned on indicating it was working but I had a black screen. I tried fixing this by disabling the integrated graphics card in the BIOS but that didn't work. I also tried disabling it in device manager and that didn't work either. I have researched a solution for hours and I still yet to find the solution. I hope someone can help

These are my specs:

Processor: AMS A8-7600 Radeon R7
RAM: 8GB
Operating System: Windows 10 64bit Pro
Power Supply: 600W

Motherboard make/model? Is this a pre-built computer, ie a Dell or HP?

One thing to check is if the bios of your computer 'sees' the card is installed. Using integrated graphics connected to your monitor, install the card then boot into your bios. See if the bios shows that it has detected a card is installed in the pci-express x16 slot. Even though you're using integrated graphics it should still detect there is a card there.
