Does Machine Learning uses all the GPU energy power?

I mean if Nvidia says that a card consumes up to 300w .
Nvidia is talking about games.....
But if I use the GPU for AI, can it use the same 300w ???

Don't mix nvidia's recommended psu wattage with the actual gpu power consumption which is stated nowhere. The closest you'd get is tdp and that will be for normal speeds but gpus turbo and you won't know that max. But gaming will typically use less than compute.
