thats really nice build, and i would rate it 8/10 , because it doesnt have an ssd.
Yes you dont really need one but it would be good to add there.
With that i7 you should be fine for years and all of the other parts allow the gpu to be changed to a more powerfull one without needing to change anything else.

EDIT : Maybe switch the mobo to an cheaper one and slide ssd on to the list ?
