First of all i have pre existing Monitor (1600X900), 1TB HDD, DVD Writer, Speakers, keyboard, mouse,PSU (450watt). So the budget is for mobo, processor, gpu, RAM, cabinet and if fans, psu are needed.
Main Purpose - Autocad Work, Lots of Movies, Gaming in 900p monitor. I need my pc to be atleast playing the future games in medium settings.
I have following processor and gpu in mind -
1. Proccesor - i3 7100
2. GPU - gtx 1050ti

Please suggest me a complete system with this or as per your own suggestions. Also there is following questions -
1. 8GB ram will be sufficient for now?
2. Will my existing PSU can backup to the system or i need to buy a new one with higher kw?
3. If GTX 1050 ti is the final choice which card should i get ? There are so many in the market.
Thank you.

What make/model is the 450W PSU?

You could go with a G4560 instead of an i3-7100 and fit an SSD in your budget.PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

I was also trying to fit an i5-7400 in with no SSD, but it was still an 1K over budget.

Solution
Being a fellow Indian I would recommend you not wasting your hard earned money by going for 35K gaming setup. I just wanna make it clear that getting a Gaming setup for anything below 50K INR is huge mistake and waste of money.

One advise I can give you is to setup a non GPU rig for now and add a GPU in future. If you do that. You will get a great performing final build.

Thank you for the deatiled configuration. Could you please give me the i5 7400 configuration without SSD? Also i am seing that Zotac gives 5 Years of warranty on their GPUs. but it will cost me another 2000-2500 Rupees. Is this worth the price?
My PSU is of Techcom 450W.

why go with i3? Ryzen R3 1200 is similarly priced and outperforms the i3 7100, with 4 real cores.

Zotac India gives an extended warranty of 3 Years on top of the standard 2 years warranty after registering the product online. Here is the official page -
